- Can I special order a shirt or design in the color/style I really want?
Absolutley! Just email us with the color, design, style, or other attribute you want, and we will get back to you with our printing schedule and pricing. Coming soon will be a page of special order options such as colors and styles of tees and sweatshirts that we can order for you and print our designs on.

- What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your item, we will be glad to refund your money, or exchange your item for something that works best for you.

- You mention screen printing as well as on demand printing... what is the difference?
Screen-printing is a process where a design, drawing, or other format is converted to a film, and the film is transferred to a screen.
The number of screens for any design is based on the number of colors of the design. Inks are then transferred through the tiny dots in the screen to the garment in a proper order to achieve the desired result. The process involves exact pressures, specialized inks, and heat curing to result in a long lasting design.
Print-on-demand items, as on Cafe Press and Zazzle, are simply directly printed onto a garment like a typical inkjet printer, using special textile inks. The design usually has a more washed out appearance on apparel, and the colors don't "pop" like they do when screen printed. Some smaller items, like magnets and keychains come out beautiful, but when choosing for apparel, we prefer screen printing.

- How soon will my item ship?
We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. If payment is received on a weekend or holiday, then we always ship the following business day.

- What if I order the wrong size?
We are always happy to exchange for the right one. We don't carry a large amount of inventory, so sometimes there is a wait for exchanges, however we try to accomodate as quickly as possible.
